When you book online, you’re reserving your spot on the tour — you won’t be charged at checkout.
Because the SPA is an active facility, tours may occasionally be cancelled or adjusted due to operational needs or if we don’t reach the minimum of 7 reservations required for the tour to run.

Important: At this time, our online system can only accept one ticket type per booking.
If you need both Adult and Kid tickets, please place two separate reservations:
(Example: 2 Adults + 1 Kid = one booking for 2 Adult tickets, and a second booking for 1 Kid ticket.)
We accommodate large and student groups traveling on their own bus (tour/charter coach or school/district bus). These are private, by-request tours; our guide boards your bus and leads the experience. Availability depends on spaceport operations. Email cr@finalfrontiertour.com to arrange dates, logistics, and pricing.
Spaceport America is a working, secure facility—both an FAA-licensed spaceport and a prior-permission-required (PPR) airport. Because real operations take priority, mission schedules, airfield/airspace restrictions, and safety or security requirements can close areas with little notice. When that happens, tours may need to be postponed or canceled; we’ll notify you as soon as possible with options.
Yes if they are cancelled at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled departure to receive a refund. No refunds are available after that unless the tour is canceled by the operator.
Usually yes, but some areas are restricted. Your guide will let you know where cameras must stay off. Drones are not permitted.

No. Entry is controlled. Guests must travel with the tour (or on an approved private group coach).
Yes, every participant must sign our waiver in person before departure.
