Final Frontier Tours Terms & Conditions Updated 07/10/23- Current

Ticket Store

  1. Tickets are nonrefundable after twenty-four (24) hours, nontransferable without a fee, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Each ticket admits one person. All prices are in US dollars. Orders are not accepted until confirmed with the confirmation number.
  2. Final Frontier Tours will allow ticket holders the opportunity to reschedule their tour to a date within one year of purchase. After one year has expired, no refunds will be issued.
  3. Tickets not canceled in advance (at least 7 days before the tour date) will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  4. Use dates on tickets can be changed for a small fee of $5 per ticket, as long as the new ticket dates are more than seven days in the future and there is open availability.
  5. Names attached to tickets can be changed up to three days prior to the first use of the ticket. Lost tickets will be replaced for a $5 per ticket fee.
  1. Final Frontier Tours will not charge any fees and provide a refund to guests who need to cancel or change their reservation because of an emergency (WITH PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION), including but not limited to:
  • A death in the family
  • A severe illness or injury
  • Hospitalization of the guest or a member of their immediate family
  • A mandatory evacuation order for the guest’s place of residence or for the destination where their trip is scheduled.
  1. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process if returned for any of the above emergency reasons.
  2. Tour participation is contingent on the guest holding a reservation and a valid ticket for the set dates. Reservations are limited and subject to availability, restriction, change, and cancellation at any time. Reservations are non-transferable and void if transferred or sold. Tour admission is not guaranteed. Final Frontier Tours reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons.
  3. Tickets may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for goods, services, or benefits. Each ticket, with applicable reservation, admits one guest. Tickets are nontransferable and must be used by the person named on the ticket. Valid photo identification is required for readmission. Final Frontier Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or property.
  4. Tour offerings may be modified or limited in capacity or availability, and are subject to change, closure, cancellation, and discontinuance without notice due to rehabilitation, refurbishing, capacity, seasonal considerations, weather, low demand, government or other authority guidance or order, pandemic-related restrictions, special events, or any other reason. No refunds will be given for any such changes or cancellations.
  5. Final Frontier Tours shall have the right to cancel any tickets or entitlements at any time and for any reason and will provide a refund only if applicable for emergency reasons. If Final Frontier Tours cancels a ticket due to misconduct of the holder, no refund shall be due.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired tour ticket, except for special event tickets, may be applied towards the purchase of a new tour ticket at the current price. Credit will be applied at the value paid. If the value of the new ticket is greater than the amount paid, the ticket holder will be responsible for paying the additional amount. If the value of the new ticket is less than the amount paid, no refund will be issued for the additional amount. The amount paid for any ticket may not be redeemed for cash or used for any other goods or services other than for another tour ticket. No credit or refunds will be given for the non-use of any portion of an admission ticket’s entitlements.
  7. Unless otherwise specifically stated, tickets are not valid for special events or other activities which are separately priced or for events that are not open to the public on Spaceport America property.
  8. Tickets will be sent digitally upon purchase. Digital delivery may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Tickets may also be picked up upon arrival at the tour location. A valid ID and the payment card used to purchase the tickets must be presented in order to pick up tickets at the tour location. Tickets cannot be shipped.
  9. Final Frontier Tours is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error or the unauthorized duplication or sale of any tour ticket. In the event that duplicate tour tickets are presented for admission, Final Frontier Tours reserves the right to refuse entry.
  10. Final Frontier Tours reserves the right to require a guest to leave if they are (i) under the influence of any illegal or legal substances, (ii) using profanity or offensive language towards employees or other guests, and/or (iii) violating any other rules.
  11. These terms and conditions are subject to change. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on shop.spaceportamerica.com.
  12. Final Frontier Tours is a third-party vendor of the New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA). NMSA is not responsible for any Final Frontier Tours terms and conditions.
